How will the virtual conference work?
This online forum will allow plenary speakers, invited speakers and abstract authors to present their work whilst still providing some of the benefits of a face to face meeting. Attendees will be able to watch presentations in real-time and ask questions. The entire program will be available on-demand for 3 months post-conference extending the experience beyond the 3 days.

How long with the presenter videos be available for post-conference?
The entire program will be available on-demand for 3 months post-conference extending the experience beyond the 3 days. 

Will anyone be able to see the videos?
The on-demand videos will be available for registered attendees only. The videos will not be made available to the general public. 

How do I register to attend?
Registration is now open for presenters and non-presenting attendees. You can view the registration fees and register now by clicking here.

How do I view the program?
The 14th Pacific Rim Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics Organising Committee has compiled a comprehensive program to engage and inform delegates throughout the Conference. You can view the program by clicking here

How do I view the posters?
Posters are available on the website for viewing prior to the Conference. Posters will be presented live during designated poster sessions in which you will have the opportunity to talk to and ask questions of the poster presenter. 

When will I receive my log-in to access the Virtual Conference?
After you have registered to attend the Conference, you will receive your log-in details 24 hours prior to the start of the Conference.
